Teh Kail

My brain is running out of storage space for my ideas, plots and creative inspirations. So I've decided to move these molding possessions from my creative subconscious into a brighter light. And somewhere with climate control.

!!!Absolutely everything here is COPYRIGHTed (2006-2013) as my own, Teh Kail, unless otherwise stated!!!

Conjuring the Fifty Spirits of Marduk, defeater of the Ancient Ones

A conjuring circle of evocation is drawn with red chalk. The Priest must have the Spirits seal engraved in ancient parchment, or sealed in clay. The sign is centered in a conjuring circle of evocation before performing the chant of the Ritual. Incents must be lit to keep away the Idimmu, dreaded demonlike being attracted to occult operations, so that they may not try to feel off the power that is expended. The priest should summon their Watcher so that It may guard his body and property

“Spirits of Marduk, Remember!

NAME, TITLE, Remember!

In the name of the Covenant sworn between Thee and Race of Men,

I call to Thee! By the word of thy calling! WORD! WORD! WORD!”

As the Priest begins their chant, the Seal will either glow green (if on a parchment) or fill as though with liquid (if a clay tablet). The Seal will be engraved onto the item or person in a magic light, unseen by unmagic means.

Traveling into the “Ethereal” Plane. Obtaining an “Ethereal” Form.

The Priest places twelve crystals at their feet in a circle. Each crystal represents the Zodiacal constellations or ‘fixed stars’. Two feathers are laid, crossing each other, in front of the Priest as they knee. One feather is black, representing the world unseen; the white feather represents the world seen and the power of Shamash. Incents must be lit to keep away the Idimmu, dreaded demonlike being attracted to occult operations, so that they may not try to feel off the power that is expended. The priest should summon their Watcher so that It may guard his body and property- if not, the priest must have trustworthy eyes to watch them.

“I close my eyes in the world we see…

And open my eyes in the world we don’t see.”

Visor evidence of the Ritual being successful will be not only in the fading of the black feather, and the light of the white feather, will not only be in the unmoving turns of the crystal stone, but will also be in the limp collapse of the Priest. Their body will become inhabited as they travel through the Astral world. In this world they may directly affect the physical world, and find those who may hide in it. The Priest is to not be disturbed, attempt to be awoken, or moved for it can bring death to the Priest and whoever may touch them.

Ghoul (Finished)

Settlers found the land of Mt. Gothagol to be close to the Heavens where they could admire the stars of their Holy Realm, free from the pressures of an Atheistic world. Towns and small cities began to erect themselves along the face of the mountain; Wind Efficient cities to the North and Mining towns at the South. Smaller, more isolated villages were sprinkled about the middle, it’s people commonplace and much more cut off from the world around them.

Of these towns was Centrulia. A secluded little village, one of the smallest of Mt. Gothagol, and possibly one of the Mountain’s very first settlements. Now a ghost town, stories say Centrulia had begun suffering from gruesome illnesses when Miners from the South had disturbed a pocket of radiation in the mountain. This unnoticed poison began to form around Centrulia. It was Centrulia’s isolation that kept them in the dark about this mining fallacy, leaving the people desperate for answers. So it’s town folk turned to an old Ritualistic book, adopting its teachings of Sacrificing. At first it had only been their healthiest of cattle; slain to their sky deities. Then animal sacrifices turned into Blood Letting; where the healthy would offer their blood to the suffering.

Their anguish soon lead them to drastic measures, as they began sacrificing healthy individuals. Only the sick would be fed this blessed meal, saving them from death though their illness and disfigurement could not be cured. Eventually the healthy of the town died out and became food for the poisoned, till they had eaten themselves out of house and home.

It is not uncommon now to see these lost souls throughout Mt. Gothagol’s cities, harassing homes and upturning fresh graves. Though they are not hostile, the Centrulia survivors are said to smell death, stalking the dyeing relentlessly, torturing them with their repulsive forms in a painful reminder of what their future holds for them. Because of their tendency to destroy and unearth fresh bodies from graves the entire Gothagol Mountain residents must now burn their dead, casting a thick cloud of ash between them and their beloved sky.
